Continental & Global Services (“CGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Regina CFO, an internal financial management and business intelligence application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, and protected when Regina CFO connects to business services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.

1. Purpose of Regina CFO

Regina CFO is designed to assist authorized Continental & Global Services personnel with financial analysis, accounting oversight, reporting, cash-flow monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, transaction review, accounts receivable and payable analysis, expense analysis, and other legitimate financial-management activities.

2. Information Regina CFO May Access

When an authorized user connects a QuickBooks Online company to Regina CFO, Regina CFO may access information made available through the permissions granted by that user.

Depending on the permissions granted and functionality being used, this information may include company information, chart of accounts, financial reports, account balances, transactions, invoices, bills, payments, customers, vendors, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related accounting information.

Regina CFO does not obtain access to a QuickBooks Online company unless an authorized user grants access through Intuit's authentication and authorization process.

3. How Information Is Used

Information accessed through QuickBooks Online or other connected business systems may be used to generate financial reports and summaries, analyze revenue and expenses, monitor cash flow, identify unusual financial activity or trends, analyze accounts receivable and payable, assist with budgeting and forecasting, support management decision-making, and perform other authorized financial-management functions.

We do not sell QuickBooks financial information or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Authentication and Authorization

Connections to QuickBooks Online are established using Intuit's authorized authentication process. Regina CFO is not intended to require users to provide their QuickBooks passwords directly to Regina CFO.

Authorization credentials and tokens used to maintain an approved connection should be handled securely and used only for purposes necessary to operate the authorized integration.

5. Data Sharing and Service Providers

Regina CFO may rely on technology and infrastructure providers necessary to operate its financial analysis, artificial intelligence, integration, hosting, and security functions.

Information may be processed by such providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the functionality requested by authorized users and subject to applicable contractual, security, and privacy requirements.

We do not sell QuickBooks data to third parties.

6. Data Security

Continental & Global Services takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information accessed through Regina CFO against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Access to Regina CFO and connected financial information is intended to be limited to authorized personnel and authorized systems.

7. Data Retention

Information accessed or generated through Regina CFO may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, accounting, operational, security, or legal purposes.

Authentication credentials and authorization tokens should be maintained only as necessary to operate an authorized connection and may be invalidated when access is revoked.

8. Revoking QuickBooks Access

An authorized user may revoke Regina CFO's access to QuickBooks Online through applicable Intuit account and authorization controls. Continental & Global Services may also discontinue the integration or remove stored authorization credentials when appropriate.

Revoking authorization prevents future access through that authorization but may not automatically delete information previously retained where continued retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

9. Internal Access

Regina CFO is currently intended primarily for authorized internal business use by Continental & Global Services. Access to financial information should be provided only to personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Regina CFO's functionality, integrations, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version of this policy.
