Regina CFO – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of Regina CFO, an internal financial management and business intelligence application operated by Continental & Global Services (“CGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Purpose of Regina CFO

Regina CFO is designed to assist authorized Continental & Global Services personnel with financial analysis, accounting oversight, reporting, cash-flow monitoring, transaction review, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial-management activities.

Regina CFO may connect to third-party business platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, through authorized application programming interfaces (APIs) and authentication services.

Authorized Use

Regina CFO is intended for authorized business use. Access to financial information through Regina CFO is limited to individuals who have been authorized by Continental & Global Services and, where applicable, authenticated through the applicable third-party service.

QuickBooks Online Integration

When an authorized user connects a QuickBooks Online company to Regina CFO, the user authorizes Regina CFO to access permitted QuickBooks information for legitimate business and financial-management purposes.

The information accessed may include accounting records, accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, customers, vendors, financial reports, balances, and other information made available through the permissions granted by the authorized QuickBooks user.

Regina CFO will only access QuickBooks information within the permissions authorized through Intuit's authentication and authorization process.

Financial Information and Decisions

Regina CFO may provide financial summaries, calculations, analyses, alerts, forecasts, and recommendations. These outputs are intended to support business decision-making and do not replace the responsibility of company management, accountants, tax professionals, attorneys, or other qualified professionals where professional advice is required.

Third-Party Services

Regina CFO may depend on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and artificial intelligence technology providers. Use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms, policies, and availability.

Security and Access

Continental & Global Services takes reasonable measures to protect credentials and financial information associated with Regina CFO. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and authentication credentials.

Termination and Disconnection

Continental & Global Services may discontinue or restrict access to Regina CFO at any time. An authorized user may also revoke Regina CFO's access to connected third-party services through the applicable provider's account or authorization controls.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Continental & Global Services is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, third-party service interruptions, inaccurate third-party data, or decisions made solely in reliance on automated outputs without appropriate review.

Changes to These Terms

Continental & Global Services may update these Terms of Use as Regina CFO's functionality, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date displayed above will indicate the latest revision.
